Room rates this year are attractive starting at $70 per night for the nights of Tuesday, March 11 and Wednesday, March 12 (Soho King accommodations). A few rooms (not many) are also available in the AAEFE block for the night of Monday, March 10 for those wishing to arrive a full day ahead of the opening reception on the evening of March 11. The Monday night base rate is $100. For those staying into Friday (CPDE members take note), the base rate $70 for Thursday night. Friday night accommodations are not part of the negotiated block quote.  A $42.00 daily resort fee is also charged per room, plus applicable Clark County room taxes. For all registered guests, the resort fee includes property-wide high-speed wireless internet access (public spaces, meeting space, and in-room), unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, and cardio room access for guests 18+. Reminder: as in past years, there will be a conference registration surcharge for attendees who are not staying at the conference hotel.

There will be receptions held in a Penthouse suite on the evenings of Tuesday, March 11 and Wednesday, March 12. Details on how to get to the Penthouse suite will be posted on AAEFE-L that Tuesday.
