Editor’s Note: Concerning ‘‘Data Points.’’

‘‘Data Points’’ is a section of the Journal of Legal Economics that has been said to concern ‘‘empirical data, Internet sites, computer software, and other such resources useful in the practice of forensic economics’’ (Volume 16, Number 2, April 2010 at p. 111, italics in the original). Although no formal item appears in the ‘‘Data Points’’ section of this issue, ‘‘Data Points’’ anticipates a substantive return in the next issue. There is, however, news to report here and now.
