Journal of Legal Economics is thrilled to welcome to its pages Cornelius Vanderbilt Professor of Law and Economics Joni Hersch of Vanderbilt University in an invited submission. ‘‘Econometrics and Economists in Employment Discrimination Litigation’’ is based on years of published research, organized by Professor Hersch as a Keynote Address delivered at the April 25, 2019 Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Economic and Financial Experts (AAEFE) in Las Vegas.
