Special Needs Trusts: Applications to Personal Injury Damages
Paul R. Bjorklund. 2021. Special Needs Trusts: Applications to Personal Injury Damages. Journal of Legal Economics 27(1): pp. 53–62.

As long as the trust funds are a supplementary resource, the disabled person’s eligibility will continue undisturbed. This article describes special needs trusts and their treatment in forensic economics assessments.
