Dr. William H. Rogers

Dr. William H Rogers is a forensic economist practicing in the field since 2015. He received his Ph.D. in economics from Colorado State University in 2004 and directly began his career as a professor of economics at the University of Missouri Saint Louis. He has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and received tenure at the University of Missouri Saint Louis in 2010. He continued working as a professor of economics until the summer of 2019. Dr. Rogers joined the John Ward Economics team as a consultant in 2018 and then as a full-time testifying economist in 2019. He owns John Ward Economics, where he provides testimony for various forms of litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, class action, and commercial cases. Dr. Rogers is also active in the forensic economic community where he served one term as the Midwest Vice President for the National Association of Forensic Economics.
